Positive: I was totally shocked when I showed up for my reservation at 6:40PM and was told by the check-in staff that "I have already left for the day and I am NOT coming back to check you in". I was left stranded and had to walk to nearby hotels to beg for availability. I would definitely NOT recommend staying at Alux House Negative: This was a horrible experience and I definitely do not recommend anyone staying here
